Cancellation Policy
A $400 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free, and you may choose a full refund or to have the full amount credited towards a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made between 12 and 24 hours before your appointment incur a $100 fee, with the remaining $300 refunded or credited. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before your appointment incur a $200 fee, with the remaining $200 refunded or credited. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your $400 consultation fee will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
